We have a no return policy, Due to sanitary reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
No refunds  and no cancel orders . Once your order has been placed it’s prepared and shipped out within 24-48 hours.As a small business we can’t accept canceled orders nor refunds for any reason .
